Cancellations during Covid-19

You MUST contact your instructor to CANCEL your driving lesson if any of the following apply to you, & you will not be able to restart your lessons until you have been tested negative, or followed the Government isolation & NHS 111 recommendations ( this is the same for the instructor):

*If you or anyone in your household has become unwell or has symptoms of COVID.

*If you or anyone in your household has been tested in the last week.

*If you believe you may have been in contact with someone showing symptoms.

*If you or anyone in your household are showing any of the following symptoms:

New Continuous cough, High temperature above 38 C, Unexplained loss of taste or smell, Shortness of breath, Muscle aches, Sore throat, Diarrhoea, Repeated Headaches.

If so please inform your instructor ASAP, your lesson will be rescheduled to a later date with no cancellation fee even if its less than our normal 48hr notice policy.

If your instructor has any of the above, they will inform you and reschedule your lesson to a later date.

Should you or your instructor show symptoms during a lesson, the lesson will be terminated at no cost.

Bad weather such as persistent rain will now result in your lesson being CANCELLED at short notice with no fees due.

Your instructor will contact you (possibly at short notice) if this needs to happen. It is a requirement that driver & passenger windows have to be opened during the lesson to help reduce the risk of spreading COVID, and will be the only way to ventilate the car with air-con not advised. If we have inclement weather it could be a safety risk with controls getting wet  & also very unpleasant to drive in.
